Didn’t love the items you ordered from Lavish Giftz? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No worries. We understand that sometimes you may purchase jewelry or handbags but later change your mind and decide not to wear them. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer an easy 3-step return policy. Upon return, we’ll issue you a coupon code equal to the product’s value, which you can use for future purchases. Follow these steps to return your Lavish Giftz items:
1. Inform: Share the name and image of the product by emailing us at support@lavishgiftz.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Once we confirm, you can proceed to the next step.
2. Return: After receiving our confirmation, send the item back in its original packaging within 5 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and securely packed. Damaged or unpackaged items may not qualify for a refund code. Use a reliable courier and provide tracking details.
3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you within 24-48 hours. If it meets our quality standards, we’ll issue a refund coupon code per our Refund Policy.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are generally processed within 2 hours of placement. Cancellations are only possible before shipment. Canceled prepaid orders will be refunded either as a coupon code or to the original payment mode (5% processing charge applies).
REFUND POLICY
Mode of Refund
Refunds are issued as one-time-use coupon codes valid for 1 year from issuance.
Applicable Deductions
Prepaid Non-Acceptance Fee: ₹250 will be deducted for forward and reverse shipping costs if a prepaid order is returned. Refunds will be in the form of a coupon code only.
Coupon Expiry: Applied coupon codes from prior orders expire if a new order using that code is refused.
Payment Gateway Charges: For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
Shipping Deductions: Orders with waived shipping fees will incur a ₹125 deduction for return shipping.
Refund Code Limit: A customer, who has used a refund code to place an order, returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order.
Free Shipping: Free shipping offer applied to orders placed with refund coupon codes will be deducted (charges worth ₹125) in case the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code.
Eligibility
All items are eligible for return for a coupon code credit, except those that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging. Unreturnable items can be shipped back to you for ₹125 or collected from our warehouse.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours and received by us within 5 days.
Refund Timeline
Coupon codes will be issued within 3 working days upon return receipt. They cannot be combined with other codes or offers.
Damaged Product Received
Our products go through multiple quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in a rare case if you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
1. Notify Within 48 Hours: Send an email to support@lavishgiftz.com with a unpacking video showing the damage within 48 hours of receipt. Attach all necessary details to expedite processing.
2. Reverse Pickup (India Only): If your return is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 3 days. Please ensure the product is ready for pickup. Failure to do so will cancel the pickup, and you’ll need to ship the product at your own cost.
3. Resolution: Upon successful pickup, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full-value refund coupon code valid for 1 year. No direct refunds will be issued for damaged items.
