Lavish Giftz offers a Lifetime Warranty for the plating of all our demi-fine jewelry, ensuring you can cherish your pieces for years to come!

How to Make a Claim:

1. Capture a clear photo of the tarnished item.

2. Email us at support@lavishgiftz.com with your order number, photo evidence, and claim details.

3. Self-ship the product to our official address:

Share the courier details along with the AWB number.

4. Once we receive the product, you’ll receive store credit as per the terms below, valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Credit Terms:

• 0–6 months: 50% of the invoice value

• 6–12 months: 25% of the invoice value

• After 12 months: 15% of the invoice value

Exclusions from Warranty:

• Damage or breakage due to regular wear and tear.

• Third-party resizing or alterations.

• Damage to zirconia crystals caused by mishandling.

• Loss of crystals or stones from the jewelry.

• Warranty is not applicable to luxury handcrafted sets.

Breakage Warranty:

• We offer a customer-friendly breakage warranty.

• For breakage during usage, claim 15% of the product value as Lavish Giftz store credit.

• The credit is redeemable within 6 months for both online and offline purchases.
